The Bank of Startup Ideas

I'm starting an Idea Bank for Startup Businesses. Wanna join? Better yet, any comments on the details?

The idea is simple. You and I (and any entrepreneur or anyone else who cares to join) can post business ideas here for everyone to read. Pinoys who have money to spare can invest in an idea. They get to be part-owners of the business (in short, they'll own equity).

Obvious questions:

1. How do we share income from this? There are several options to do this, but at the core of it is transparency and trust. Donations per idea will be published (transparency) and from there we can derive the percent share of each investor/donor. The person who proposed the idea will propose how much of the business he is willing to share with the investors/donors (we think 40-60% for the proponent is okay -- comments on this please).
2. How will you ensure that members are trustworthy? We will verify all members who post ideas. Verification includes scheduling interviews with them (face to face, skype or by phone), plus some cross-checking to ensure they are who they say they are. We will also maintain member ratings, just like in eBay and Amazon.
3. Who will implement the idea and push it to a real business? The proponent is automatically the implementor of the idea. We will provide management assistance for a minimal share of the business.
4. How will you earn from this? We need to sustain the website, after all, so we will charge minimal fees for each donation/investment and also earn from management consulting and business registration assistance to help the entrepreneurs.
